Angel Breeders will guarantee your Puppy until 26 months of age from all life threatening hereditary defects, including severe hip dysplasia. If the Puppy is found to have a life threatening hereditary defect, Angel Breeders will provide a replacement puppy from the next available litter or will provide the breeder with full credit towards a puppy of a future litter with timing acceptable to both parties.

A veterinary health record for the purchased puppy will be provided at the time the puppy goes to the buyer’s home, specifying a veterinary exam, first set of vaccinations (at 6 weeks) and three separate doses of wormer have been given.

The Buyer should have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyers choice, at Buyer’s sole expense within 72 hours of the puppy’s arrival. If the Veterinarian determines that the puppy has a life threatening hereditary defect and is unfit for sale, then the Puppy may be returned immediately to Angel Breeders within 24 hours of such determination. A replacement Puppy will then be provided from the next available litter or a full credit towards a puppy of a future litter with timing acceptable to both parties will be provided to the buyer. A statement setting forth such defect from diagnosing Veterinarian on the Veterinarian's letterhead must be forwarded to Angel Breeders within the above mentioned time period. All veterinary and transportation expenses are Buyers obligation. Angel Breeders reserves the right to have the puppy with defect examined by a veterinarian of our choice before a replacement is made.

This puppy will not be used in a breeding program of any kind. The puppy will be spayed/neutered by the time it is six months old. Proof of such will be provided to Angel Breeders for their records. For a non-breeding dog, this is not just a mating prevention but is also necessary for the health of the dog. If proof is not provided to Angel Breeders by the time the puppy is 6.5 months old, the health warranty below will be null and void.

Conditions of guarantee are as follows:

This guarantee is only applicable to the above-named Buyer, the original purchaser. If the puppy has been sold, or given away, the health guarantee becomes void.

All veterinary cost's are the owner's expense. If the Puppy has been physically injured or abused in any manner, this guarantee is void.

If the Puppy is diagnosed by OFA (or other accredited certifier) as being severely dysplastic on or before 26 months of age, the Buyer must submit a copy of the OFA report to Angel Breeders. A veterinarian cannot make the diagnosis, it can only be made by OFA, Penn Hip, or other accredited hip specialist certifiers and the Puppy must be sedated for the radiograph to be taken.

The Puppy must be kept current on all vaccinations including a rabies vaccination after 4 months of age. The Puppy should be kept on a flea and tick preventative as well as a monthly worm guard preventative. Copies of these records will be required to be submitted to Angel Breeders if Buyer is requesting a replacement. This health guarantee is void if the puppy has not been given necessary vaccinations, regular heart worm, flea and tick preventatives, or is housed in an outdoor kennel. Dogs must be housed indoors.
